During the consultation, we walk through your franchise requirements, site constraints, budget expectations, and timeline. We ask the questions that most contractors skip — about your franchisor's build standards, your opening date commitments, and the specific MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) requirements your brand requires.
If you already have a site, we review photos, lease plans, and any existing drawings. We flag potential red flags early: low ceiling heights, inadequate electrical service, grease interceptor requirements, HVAC challenges, and permit complexity. Catching these issues in the consultation phase saves weeks and tens of thousands of dollars downstream.
After the consultation, you will have a clear sense of project feasibility, a preliminary budget range, and a recommended path forward. If we identify significant risks, we will recommend moving to our Franchise LaunchPad Phase 1 (Viability Assessment) before you sign your lease.
