The Franchise LaunchPad is our structured pre-construction service designed specifically for franchise operators. It consists of three phases: a $500 Viability Assessment (Strategy Call), a $2,000 Hard Data & Budgeting phase (On-Site Audit), and a $20K–$40K Design & Coordination phase (Full Pre-Construction). Each phase is designed to surface risks, nail down numbers, and protect your timeline before construction begins.
Timeline varies by project scope, but a typical franchise fit-out ranges from 8 to 16 weeks of construction, following 4 to 8 weeks of preconstruction. Our CPM scheduling system is designed to compress timelines while protecting quality. We work backwards from your target opening date to build a schedule that accounts for every critical path item.
The Strategy Call is a 60-minute deep-dive with Nathan where we assess your site viability, review site photos for instant value-engineering opportunities, identify MEP risks and lease leverage points, and outline franchisor negotiation strategies. The $500 acts as a deposit — if you move to Phase 2, we credit the full amount plus take an additional $500 off.
