Post Completion Support

Ongoing support for any questions or concerns. We are here to ensure your complete satisfaction long after project completion.

Our relationship does not end when we hand over the keys. We provide ongoing support to ensure your space continues to perform as designed — and to help you plan for future growth.

Deficiency Support

If any issue arises after opening — a door that does not close properly, a light fixture that fails, a plumbing issue — we are your first call. We coordinate the appropriate trade to resolve the issue quickly, minimizing disruption to your operations.

Warranty Claims

When equipment or materials fail within their warranty period, we manage the claim process on your behalf. We know which manufacturers are responsive and which require follow-up, and we advocate for you to get issues resolved quickly.

Seasonal Commissioning

HVAC systems often need adjustment as seasons change. We coordinate seasonal commissioning checks to ensure your systems are performing optimally year-round.

Future Location Planning

If you are planning your next location, we are ready to start the process again. Our clients who open multiple locations benefit from our accumulated knowledge of their brand requirements and the lessons learned from previous builds.
