Family & Legacy

Built to last generations.

Nathan is a second-generation contractor. His father was a contractor, and the construction industry runs in the family's blood. The name "Olive Tree" comes from Oliveira — Nathan's last name, abbreviated — and "tree" represents a family tree.

Nathan envisioned a company where his entire family would eventually work together, building a legacy in commercial construction. That sense of legacy shapes how we treat every project: we build things we are proud to put our family name on. This is not a company built to flip — it is a company built to grow, to endure, and to serve franchise operators for generations.

Our Commitment

We approach every project as if our family name is on the building. Because it is. The Olive Tree name represents a commitment to quality that extends beyond any single project.
