Blue Mountain Village is one of Ontario's premier four-season resort destinations. Olive Tree Builds delivered the Iris Galerie location within the Village, creating a luxury retail environment that serves the resort's affluent visitor demographic.
The Challenge
Resort retail construction presents unique logistical challenges — limited staging areas, seasonal access restrictions, and the need to coordinate with resort management to minimize disruption to guest experience.
Our Approach
Olive Tree Builds developed a construction logistics plan specifically tailored to the resort environment, scheduling deliveries and noisy work during off-peak periods.
The Outcome
The Iris Galerie Blue Mountain location opened in time for the peak ski season, immediately generating strong sales performance.
