McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver is one of Canada's premier luxury outlet destinations, located adjacent to YVR airport in Richmond, BC. Olive Tree Builds delivered the Iris Galerie location within this high-end outlet environment, continuing our growing BC franchise construction portfolio.
The Challenge
Designer outlet construction requires adherence to the centre's strict brand and design standards. The proximity to YVR also required coordination with airport authority guidelines for construction logistics.
Our Approach
Building on our Burnaby Uncle Tetsu experience, Olive Tree Builds leveraged our established BC subcontractor network to deliver this project efficiently. Our project manager coordinated directly with McArthurGlen's construction management team throughout.
