The Challenge
Delivering a construction project 4,400 kilometres from our Toronto base required careful planning and the establishment of a trusted local subcontractor network in Metro Vancouver. BC's building codes and trade licensing differ from Ontario in several important ways.
Our Approach
Olive Tree Builds invested significant time in preconstruction to establish relationships with BC-licensed subcontractors. Our project manager relocated to Burnaby for the duration of the project.
The Outcome
The Uncle Tetsu Metrotown location was delivered on schedule and to the brand's exact specifications, demonstrating that Olive Tree Builds' quality standards are truly national.
