The 4,200 square foot space required a seamless blend of clinical functionality and patient-centred design, meeting all Ontario healthcare facility standards.

The Challenge

Healthcare construction in Toronto presents a unique set of challenges. The project required strict adherence to Ontario's healthcare facility design standards, including medical-grade HVAC systems with precise air change rates, infection control risk assessment (ICRA) protocols, and coordination with specialized medical equipment vendors. The downtown Toronto location added logistical complexity with limited staging area and strict noise bylaws.
