Olive Tree Builds was selected to deliver a complete interior buildout of their 3,100 square foot Toronto office, transforming a raw commercial space into a sophisticated, fully operational law firm.

The Challenge

Client confidentiality requires sound-attenuating partitions in meeting rooms and offices. The project timeline was tight — Garrison Law had a hard lease commencement date that could not be moved.

Our Approach

Olive Tree Builds developed a detailed CPM schedule from day one, identifying every critical path item and building in strategic float to protect the opening date. Custom millwork was fabricated off-site in parallel with structural work, dramatically compressing the overall timeline. Acoustic insulation was installed in all partition walls and above the ceiling grid in meeting rooms.

The Outcome

Garrison Law's new Toronto office was delivered on the exact date promised, with zero punch list items at handover. The project was completed without a single change order affecting the original budget — a testament to Olive Tree Builds' preconstruction process.
